At the very least, if you have any problem that is emotional or mental, whether it’s chronic and persistent, or temporary, you gotta put effort into your mental health. You should. You gotta.
But I’d go farther. Mental health is for everyone. We should all be putting time and effort into it every day. OK, you can miss a few days here and there. But, mental health for all is the direction we are going. Yeah, bummer we’re not there yet. The time is coming.
Let’s all casually, normally, treat our mental health as ordinary as our physical health. From band aids and dental floss, to leafy greens and clean water; from exercise apps and kettle bells, to chiropractor appointments and moisturizing lotion, physical health is everyday.
Let’s make mental health for all. Let’s make it ordinary.
Put work into your mental health every day.
