Super Simple Strategy to Crush and Destroy and Pulverize Your Obstacles

Obstacles come. They just do. Why not prep a little?

Here are some common obstacles that get in the way of important tasks and routines:

Not enough time

Too tired

Bit off too much and now overwhelmed

Not enough confidence

Now, list 3 more:

______________________

______________________

______________________

Now, make a plan, be prepared. If and when these situations arise, what will you do?

Create a strategy in the form of

if X, then Y

which means

If [OBSTACLE], then [ACTION]

Complete the following:

If I don’t have enough time, I will ___________

If I feel too tired, I will ___________

If I’m overwhelmed, I will _________

If I don’t feel confident, I will ___________

If I _______________, I will __________

If I _______________, I will __________

If I _______________, I will __________

Boom! Your obstacles are dust now. Or, at least, dustier.
