What better way to break the spell of a dour mood than something silly.
What better way to dispel the perpetual fog of bad news than something mischievously goofy.
What better way to shift the power of the moment than expressing the freedom of goofiness.
I speak goof to power. I break oppressive chains by being absurd, sometimes funny, and ridiculous in a quirky way. I use a weird tone of voice, make a face, and say things nonsensically. Goofy is free. Goofiness is freedom.
Goofiness is power–the power to reset, re-focus, and let go. Goofiness is presence, ownership, self-love, and freedom.
