Take a breath.

Take a moment. Get comfortable.

Relax your shoulders down and back.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Count slowly:

Breathing easily and simply.

Take one minute.

Feel your body moving as you breath.

You are scrolling now, to read this.

Feel your belly, your chest.

Breathe deeply, slowly.

Relax your jaw and your face.

Wiggle a little.

Relax your body.

Feel your breathing in and out. Chest rising……. falling.

Belly and sides expanding…….. and, contracting.

Feel the pressure of your body against whatever you are sitting on.

Get relaxed and comfortable and alert and awake.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Your hands.

Feel your breath from your belly to your nose.

Spend a minute on this.

Keep breathing and noticing the texture of your clothing on your skin as your body expands and contracts with breath.

Notice your breath in your nose or your mouth.

Notice your posture.

Notice the angle your arms are bent at.

Breathe.

Slowly, deeply in.

Slowly out.

Count backwards slowly.
